1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the KiloRide platform, a collaborative parcel transport service between individuals.
2. Registration
Registration is free and open to any adult natural person. The user agrees to provide accurate information.
3. How it works
Travellers post their trips with available kilos. Senders book kilos and pay via the platform. Payment is held in escrow until delivery confirmation.
4. Responsibilities
KiloRide acts as an intermediary. Users are responsible for the contents of their parcels. All illegal items are strictly prohibited.
5. Payments
Payments are made through the platform. Service fees are €2 per booking. The traveller receives payment after delivery confirmation.
6. Cancellation
Pending bookings expire after 12h. Cancellations after acceptance may result in penalties depending on the case.

8. Prohibited conduct
It is forbidden to use the platform to publish illegal content, bypass payments, impersonate another person, or disrupt the service.
9. Account suspension and closure
KiloRide may suspend or close an account in case of rule violations, fraud, or dangerous behavior, without prejudice to applicable legal remedies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the country where the service is operated. In case of dispute, amicable resolution is preferred before legal action.
